TheVm VMT Consultancy, founded by communications professional Varghese M Thomas has launched a 40-episode LMS podcast and the AI-powered VMT Tech Bot — platforms aiming to help aspirants, young professionals and senior leaders sharpen strategies, embrace innovation, and succeed in today’s dynamic communication environment.

The podcast looks to offer a learning experience combining insights with practical tools, while the VMT Tech Bot, an AI assistant aims to empower communication leaders with tools for content creation, campaign management, narrative development, case study design and rapid crisis response.  Currently, it is available in free beta for a limited period. The platform will later transition to a subscription model, introducing features such as advanced analytics, influencer mapping, and tailored strategic support.
